My Journey in India & Why I Created Briluva
When Everything Collapsed. It Led Me Here
Every pillar of my life. My work, my mental state, my health—was built on the idea that I had to keep going, keep achieving, keep proving myself. And then, everything started to collapse.
It wasn’t just burnout. It was something deeper, something that seeped into every part of my being. My body began to betray me. I couldn’t move the way I used to. Walking became painful. The frustration was unbearable for someone like me. Always active, always creating, always pushing forward.
I had built my identity around being a high achiever, a doer, someone who made things happen. But the very habits that had brought me success were now destroying me from the inside out. My mind followed my body’s decline. I hated myself. I hated my life. I couldn’t recognize who I had become. I was spiraling, drowning in exhaustion, self-doubt, and despair.
And then, I hoped for an end. Not in a dramatic way, but in that quiet, desperate way of someone who just wants life to pause, to shift, to change. I prayed for something to happen—something that would pull me out of the black hole I had fallen into.
And that’s when my body forced me to listen. When I could no longer run from the truth. And somehow, life led me to India.
The Moment Everything Changed
I still remember the first morning in Rishikesh—the mist rolling over the Ganga, the scent of incense drifting through the air, the quiet hum of prayers carried by the wind. It wasn’t just a place. It was an energy, something I had never experienced before. The stillness I had been avoiding for years was suddenly surrounding me, asking me to stop, to breathe, to listen.
And for the first time in a long time, I did. Deep inside. I didn’t know it exist.
A Journey of Unraveling
India didn’t give me the answers—it asked me the right questions. It stripped away the noise, the expectations, the relentless need to do more. It led me to long, silent mornings by the river, where I faced myself fully, without distraction. It introduced me to ancient practices that weren’t about escaping life, but about returning to it with clarity.
Slowly, I began to understand: true renewal isn’t found in quick fixes or temporary escapes. It’s found in intentional pauses. In stepping away from the cycle of burnout, in creating space to breathe, to listen, to heal.
That’s why I created Briluva.
What is Briluva?
Briluva isn’t just about retreats. It’s about transformation. It’s about creating space for people who, like me, have lost themselves in the constant pursuit of more. It’s about stepping away from the chaos of everyday life to reconnect with who you truly are.
The name Briluva comes from two powerful ideas:
✨ Brilliance – rediscovering the light within you
❤️ Love – learning to nurture and trust yourself again
I built Briluva for people who need a reset—not just a vacation, but a deep, intentional shift. A chance to step into stillness, to heal, to come home to themselves.
If any of this resonates with you, I invite you to join me.
