1.1 Briluva offers personalized and curated journeys designed to help you rediscover balance, clarity, and brilliance.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Briluva.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 To secure your spot on a journey, a deposit is required. The balance must be paid by the specified due date before the journey begins.
2.2 Payment plans may be available upon request—just ask us.
2.3 Prices are subject to change prior to confirmation. Confirmed bookings are not subject to price increases unless due to changes in taxes, currency exchange rates, or government-imposed fees.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
3.2 Cancellations made more than 60 days before the journey start date will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a processing fee.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date may result in a partial or no refund, depending on circumstances. We’ll work with you to explore flexible options.
3.4 If Briluva cancels the journey, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1 Participants are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, and insurance.
4.2 Please let us know of any medical or dietary needs so we can support you as best as possible.
4.3 Briluva journeys are designed for self-discovery and growth. Come prepared to engage fully in activities and respect our no-phone policies where applicable.
5. Limitations of Liability
5.1 Briluva is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic provider. We guide and support your journey, but the responsibility for healing and transformation lies with you.
5.2 We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred during or after the journey.
5.3 Third-party services (e.g., transport, accommodation) are subject to their own terms and conditions. Briluva is not responsible for third-party actions or omissions.
6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to deliver services.
6.2 Briluva does not sell or share personal information with third parties, except where necessary to fulfill journey arrangements.
